This post has been long overdue! I’ve always had the photos but have been so busy with work-related photographs that I haven’t been able to get to these. But now that things have slowed down, I can actually get to post some personal photographs.. yay!
My husband and I took our kids to Disneyland in May. Since he will deploying next month, we’re trying to do a lot of family activities before he leaves. We went during the girls’ spring break (they have a year-round schedule, so everyone else started their break a little later). We also went on a hot spring Friday and to my surprise, it wasn’t so crowded. I mean, it’s crowded (c’mon it’s Disneyland) but wait times for the rides were about 30 minutes max. Not too bad.
I wanted to take a bunch of images, but it was difficult at times because the kids wanted to ride and see everything. They’re thinking “Pictures? Really mom, at the happiest place on Earth?” Okay okay, really it was all me wanting to see and ride everything haha. I’m so glad we went, we all had a blast and I’m seriously considering going back very soon.
Silvermist with the girls. Our youngest daughter LOVES Tinkerbell and she was so excited to meet the characters in person!
The girls in Toon Town. Maybe I should build one of these in my house in case they misbehave…. just kidding haha.
Never really liked the Small World ride until they finally added some characters I recognized. Now I think the ride is super adorable!
